Foundation (including the following websites: igrzyskawolnosci.pl, liberte.pl, szostadzielnica.pl, 4liberty.eu) is of great importance to us. Therefore, we hereby publish a document explaining the principles and the manner of collecting, processing, and using information about the users of our Foundation&#8217;s websites.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4>I. Processing of Personal data of Users of the Libert\u00e9! Foundation\u2019s Websites<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>a)\nPersonal data of users of the Libert\u00e9! Foundation\u2019s website is\nprocessed by the Libert\u00e9! Foundation, with its registered office in\nLodz, Poland, at 63\/25 Zaolzia\u0144ska Street, 93-539, entered in the\nNational Court Register under the number 0000284368, being, in\nrelation to users&#8217; personal data, the personal data administrator as\ndefined by the Act of August 29, 1997, on the protection of personal\ndata. \n<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>b)\nThe personal data collected by the Libert\u00e9! Foundation processes\nusers&#8217; personal data in a manner consistent with the scope of\npermission granted by the user or on the basis of other statutory\npremises regulating data processing (primarily for the purpose of\nproviding services and for the legally justified purpose of the\nFoundation \u2013 direct marketing of our products or services), in\naccordance with the Polish law, in particular in compliance with the\nPersonal Data Protection Act of August 29, 1997. The collection of\nusers&#8217; personal data is treated as a separate database stored on a\nsecure server of the Foundation and in the professional\nGetResponse.com system, which provides us with the service of\nprofessional newsletter delivery. Full access to the database is\navailable only to a small number of authorized employees and\nsubcontractors of the Foundation who administer the database\n(including the IT company and Getresponse.com). As the personal data\nadministrator of the users of our websites, we may contractually\nentrust the processing of such data to other entities, including\nforeign entities, pursuant to Article 31 of the Personal Data\nProtection Act of August 29, 1997. \n<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>c)\nBy placing an order for the purchase of tickets for the Freedom Games\nforum, you knowingly consent to the processing and use of your\npersonal information for commercial purposes and to the receiving\ninformation about the Libert\u00e9! Foundation projects and products.\nMessages will be sent using the professional mailing Getreponse.com\nsystem. The user may unsubscribe from the mailing list at any time.\nAt the same time, the user accepts the terms of service contained in\nthe Rules of the Libert\u00e9! Store Terms and Conditions and agrees to\ncomply with them.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Personal\ndata included in the store&#8217;s database are processed solely for the\nneeds of the store, they are not and will not be made available to\nother entities. The data is collected with due diligence and is\nproperly protected against unauthorized access. The customer has the\nright to inspect their data, correct it, and demand that their data\nis no longer used.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>d)\nEach user who has filled in the registration form or provided us with\ntheir personal data in a different way, is given access to the data\nconcerning them in order to verify, modify, or delete it. Providing\npersonal data is voluntary. \n<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>e)\nThe Libert\u00e9! Foundation does not pass on, sell, or lend collected\npersonal user data to other persons or institutions, except with the\nexpressed consent or request of the user or at the demand of legally\nauthorized state authorities for the purpose of their investigation.\nWe may, however, disclose aggregate, general statistical information\nwe have compiled to cooperating web ites or advertising agencies. \n<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4>II.\nCookies and Similar Technologies Policy<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>a)\nIn connection with making the contents of the websites available, the\nLibert\u00e9! Foundation uses cookies, i.e. information stored by web\nservers on the user&#8217;s end device, which can be read by web servers at\neach connection to that end device, it may also use other\ntechnologies with functions similar or identical to cookies. In this\ndocument, information on cookies also applies to other similar\ntechnologies used as part of our websites. Cookies are IT data, in\nparticular text files, which are stored in the end device of the user\nof the Libert\u00e9! Cookies usually contain the domain name of the\nwebsite they come from, the time of storage on the end device, and a\nunique number. \n<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>b) Cookies are used for:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>adapting the content of websites to the user&#8217;s preferences and optimizing the use of websites; these files specifically allow for identifying the website user&#8217;s device and appropriately display the website, tailored to the user&#8217;s individual needs,<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>creating statistics which help in understanding how the website users use the websites, which enables improving their structure and content,<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>maintaining the session of the website user (after logging in), thanks to which the user does not have to enter the login and password again on each subpage of the website,<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>providing users with advertising content more suited to their interests.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>c) as part of our websites, we may use the following types of cookies:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>\u201cnecessary\u201d cookies, enabling the use of services available on the website, e.g. authentication cookies used for services that require authentication on the website,<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>cookies used to ensure safety, e.g. used to detect abuse of authentication on the site,<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>cookies that make it possible to collect information about the way the website is used,<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>functional cookies that make it possible to \u201cremember\u201d the user&#8217;s selected settings and personalize the user&#8217;s interface, e.g. with respect to the selected language or region of the user&#8217;s origin, font size, website layout, etc.,<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>\u201cadvertising\u201d cookies that make it possible to deliver to users advertising content more suited to their interests.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>d)\nIn many cases, the software used to browse the Internet (a web\nbrowser) allows storing of cookies on the user&#8217;s end device by\ndefault. Users of the website can change their cookie settings at any\ntime. These settings can be changed in such a way so as to block the\nautomatic handling of cookies in the web browser configuration or to\ninform about them every time they are placed on the website in the\nUser\u2019s device. Details on the possibilities and methods of using\ncookies are available in the software settings (of the web browser).\nNot changing the settings for cookies means that they will be placed\non the user&#8217;s terminal equipment and thus we will store information\non the user&#8217;s terminal equipment and gain access to this information.\n\n<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>e)\nTurning off cookies might make it difficult to use certain services\non our websites, in particular those that require logging in. Turning\noff cookies, however, does not prevent you from reading or viewing\ncontent posted on the Foundation&#8217;s websites, with the exception of\ncontent to which access requires logging in.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>f)\nCookies may be placed in the terminal equipment of a user of the\nFoundation&#8217;s website and then used by advertisers, research companies\nand suppliers of multimedia applications cooperating with the\nFoundation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4>III. Information Contained in Access Logs<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Like\nmost website publishers, we collect information regarding the use of\nFoundation&#8217;s websites by users and their IP addresses by analyzing\naccess logs. This information is used for technical purposes related\nto the administration of the servers of our websites, as well as for\nstatistical purposes with the analysis of user demographics. In\naccordance with article 18.6 of the Act of July 18, 2002, on\nProviding Services by Electronic Means and other applicable laws, we\nmay be required to release this information, including specifically\nthe IP number of your computer contained in access logs at the\nrequest of state authorities authorized by law for the purposes of\ntheir proceedings.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4>IV.\nContact<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>In case of users\u2019 questions regarding the Libert\u00e9!
